Craps Khelo Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Craps Khelo, accessing any part of the platform at craps-khelo.com, or placing any bet — whether on a craps table, a card game, live casino product, poker room, Teen Patti table, or any other game offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Craps Khelo (the operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Craps Khelo following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within individual game interfaces. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general terms, the game-specific rule applies to that game only, and these general terms govern all other matters.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play at Craps Khelo, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Craps Khelo employee.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Craps Khelo or any affiliated platform.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Craps Khelo takes age verification seriously. Upon registration, you will be asked to verify your identity using a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of our compliance team will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed.

We conduct periodic re-verification checks on accounts showing unusual deposit patterns, large withdrawals, or other activity that triggers our compliance review process. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of maintaining an active account.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Craps Khelo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false details is a breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed by anyone who accesses your account using your credentials.
• Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted.
• Craps Khelo reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time to confirm account ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Craps Khelo are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not apply currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all methods.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• First withdrawals from a new account require KYC verification to be completed before processing begins.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Craps Khelo does not charge withdrawal fees on our end. Your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply.

Funds in your account may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements attached to a claimed bonus have been met. Deposited funds that have not been subject to any bonus offer can always be withdrawn without restriction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Craps Khelo offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. Players under review or subject to self-exclusion are not eligible.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the offer. Uncompleted wagers result in bonus forfeiture only — deposited funds remain unaffected.
• Wagering requirements count contributions differently by game type. Craps bets on the Pass Line and Come bets contribute 100%. Proposition bets contribute 10%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Check the individual bonus terms for the full contribution table.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is Rs 1,000 per hand or per craps decision. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus cancellation.
• Craps Khelo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus in the event of suspected abuse — including but not limited to bonus hedging, coordinated account activity, or manipulation of the wagering contribution system.

6 Game Rules & Craps Policy

Each game available at Craps Khelo operates under a published set of game-specific rules accessible from the information panel within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

For craps specifically — the game that defines our platform's identity — the following policies apply:

• All craps games operate on a certified Random Number Generator. The dice outcome for each roll is determined independently and cannot be influenced by any previous outcome, player action, or external input.
• Bets accepted by the system before the dice roll resolves are binding. A bet cannot be retracted after the roll has begun.
• Free Odds bets may be placed, increased, or removed at any time between rolls while they are live behind a Pass Line or Come bet. This is the only bet type that may be adjusted after placement.
• Place bets on 6 and 8 may be taken down or turned off between rolls at the player's request. All other place bets work by default (active) unless the player requests them to be turned off.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during an active craps session, the game state is preserved. Upon reconnection, the player may continue from where the session was interrupted. If the disconnection prevents resolution of a live bet, the outcome will be determined by the next completed dice roll after reconnection.
• Published house edge and RTP figures for each craps bet type are maintained on the Betting Odds section of the site and are independently verified. These figures represent theoretical long-run outcomes and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

The same fair play standards that apply to craps apply to all other games offered on the platform, including Teen Patti, poker, live casino tables, card games, and fishing games.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Craps Khelo. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials for deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including coordinated play between accounts, intentional loss to qualify for cashback, or any activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at any table — including craps, poker, or Teen Patti — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, auto-clickers, scripted betting systems, or any automated software to interact with the platform.
• Money laundering: Using Craps Khelo accounts to process, transfer, or layer funds connected to criminal activity of any kind.
• Account impersonation: Accessing, attempting to access, or operating another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings accrued through an obvious system error are void and will be reversed from the player's balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

Craps Khelo is committed to providing a gambling environment that supports player wellbeing. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the system will prompt you to take a break.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Craps Khelo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Chargebacks initiated against a Craps Khelo transaction without prior resolution attempt through our support team.
• Provision of false personal information during registration or verification.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified within 24 hours. Where suspension results from suspected criminal activity, Craps Khelo may be required by applicable law to withhold notification while the matter is under review.

If an account is closed due to a Terms and Conditions breach, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Any remaining deposited funds that are not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days following the completion of the review.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies to voluntary closures to confirm the request is intentional.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Craps Khelo platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interface designs, text content, logos, and the Craps Khelo brand — is the property of Craps Khelo or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Craps Khelo platform or its content without prior written permission. Screen recording or streaming of gameplay for commercial purposes requires written authorisation from Craps Khelo.

11 Limitation of Liability

Craps Khelo is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses arising from temporary service downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Craps Khelo is not liable for any gambling losses incurred on the platform. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you accept full responsibility for any losses resulting from your play.

Our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Craps Khelo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or game policies — will be communicated to players via the registered email address at least 7 days before they take effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Craps Khelo operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Craps Khelo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with players before any formal legal process. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
